Welcome to Maione Rent a Car. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Terms

• Maione Rent a Car provides vehicle rental services subject to availability and eligibility requirements.
• By renting a vehicle, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Rental Requirements

• Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• An official identification document (passport or national ID) is required.
• A valid credit card in the renter’s name is necessary for security deposit purposes.

3. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations require a valid payment method at the time of booking.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Vehicle Usage and Restrictions

• Vehicles must be used only for personal or business purposes and not for illegal activities.
• Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Mileage limitations may apply, depending on the rental agreement.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included, but additional coverage options are available.
• The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.
• In case of an accident, the renter must immediately report it to Maione Rent a Car and local authorities.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the pick-up date are eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the pick-up date may be subject to a penalty fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

7. Vehicle Return

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.
• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, a refueling charge will apply.

8. Amendments to Terms

• Maione Rent a Car reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
