Refund and Returns Policy

At Maione Rent a Car, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve created a flexible and transparent cancellation policy to ensure the best experience for our customers.

1. Cancellation with 36 Hours’ Notice

If you need to cancel your reservation, we recommend doing so at least 36 hours before the agreed date and time for vehicle delivery.

  • No additional charges will apply.

  • If you made a prepayment, we will refund the full amount.

2. Cancellation Outside the 36-Hour Window

If you cancel your reservation less than 36 hours before the agreed date and made a prepayment:

  • 15% charge of the total rental amount will apply.

  • This charge covers administrative and logistics costs associated with the reservation.

  • If you did not make a prepayment, no additional charges will apply.

3. Reservation Changes

If you wish to modify the date, time, or type of vehicle for your reservation, contact us at least 36 hours in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your new needs without additional charges.

4. No Show Policy

If you fail to pick up the vehicle on the agreed date and time without prior notice:

  • A charge equivalent to 50% of the total rental amount will apply.

6. Refund Processing Time
  • All refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
